I've just found out - Red Hood won an award for Best Foreign Film at the Washougal International Film Festival! Congratulations to everyone that worked on the film, but I'd especially like to congratulate Navin, Dario and Kasia on a job very well done! The film has also been selected for Branchage Jersey International Film Festival, running from the 25th-28th September 2008 and I'd like to wish it the best of luck!
Widdershins have just returned from the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2008, having sold-out for the entire run - they were so busy they even had to turn away the artistic director of the BBC's The Culture Show! They've also returned with a bevy of excellent reviews so I'd like to congratulate them on their success too!
As regards ongoing work - the music for Widdershins' Rapunzel is just about ready with rehearsals beginning in just over a week, and I'm also working on another short film with Navin Dev called The Tree Man - stay tuned for more details!
